Snark Squad Pod #069 – Shrill (2019– )

Previously: We finished (probably maybe idk) our journey through the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Endgame.

Marines: A TV show loosely adapted from a book Nicole and I both loved? Hello, welcome, obviously. Obviously we had to talk about Hulu’s first season of Shrill.

Amazingly, we found both our guests for this episode because of a party Nicole attended. Media friends are the greatest friends. Silvia Roma is the co-host of Smooch Squad, a podcast about crushes (and smoochin’). Rachel Calderon-Navarro is the co-host of Reel Love, where two people in love talk about movies. They bring lots of joy and a bit of a split opinion to today’s episode.

I'm a 30-something south Floridan who loves the beach but cannot swim. Such is my life, full of small contradictions and little trivialities. My main life goals are never to take life too seriously, but to do everything I attempt seriously well. After that, my life goals devolve into things like not wearing pants and eating all of the Zebra Cakes in the world. THE WORLD.
