Snark Squad Pod #078 – Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019)

Previously: We started another new project! We are watching every Disney Channel Original Movie and podcasting about it!

Sweeney: After making our way through the entire MCU in batches, we were excited to do the big finish of Endgame, but it turns out we weren’t really ready to be finished. Mari and I saw the trailer for Spider-man: Far From Home and knew we were gonna watch that movie. And then discuss it.

We did decide, however, that for this new phase of Snark Squad Pod Discussing MCU Movies, we’d mix up our guest situation, now that we’ll likely be discussing any future movies one at a time. We reached out to two of our Spider-Man loving friends to help us talk about this post-Endgame movie. In addition to being a genuine delight, Taylor Simonds is an author whose debut novel Collateral Damage was just released and whose devotion to Spider-Man is well documented. Our amazing friend Sam Schultz has been on the podcast before but you can also find him on Reel Love and SciShow Tangents.

Nicole Sweeney

Nicole is the co-captain of Snark Squad and these days she spends most of her time editing podcasts. She spends too much time on Twitter and very occasionally vlogs and blogs. In her day job she's a producer, editor, director, and sometimes host of educational YouTube channels. She loves travel, maps, panda gifs, and semicolons. Writing biographies stresses her out; she crowd sourced this one years ago and has been using a version of it ever since. She would like to thank Twitter for their help.
