Snark Squad Pod #100 – Our 2019 in Media

Previously: We finished our first ever Star Wars trilogy!

Sweeney: THIS IS OUR 100TH EPISODE! I’m shouting about this now because we forgot to do it at any point in the episode! This is very cool!

This episode is also 2 days late because as I was finishing the edit on Wednesday I got very, very sick. I have spent the better part of the last 2 days in bed or trying to get some actual work done from home, but I finally managed to snag some time in which I was (1) able to sit upright for extended period & (2) not busy with the things that pay my bills.

Anyway, we gush about how much we love this project all the time, but these review episodes are kind of a culmination of that. We have no guest, it’s just the two of us talking to each other about media and if we’re being honest, that is the very heart of this project – two best friends laughing and chatting about media.

So check out EPISODE 100 to hear all of our favorite & least favorite shows/movies/books of 2019, including some things that we never got a chance to discuss on the podcast:

We’d love to hear your thoughts about this episode! What was your favorite media from 2019? Anything we should have covered? Anything terrible we  missed the opportunity to snark? Nicole Sweeney

Nicole is the co-captain of Snark Squad and these days she spends most of her time editing podcasts. She spends too much time on Twitter and very occasionally vlogs and blogs. In her day job she's a producer, editor, director, and sometimes host of educational YouTube channels. She loves travel, maps, panda gifs, and semicolons. Writing biographies stresses her out; she crowd sourced this one years ago and has been using a version of it ever since. She would like to thank Twitter for their help.
