Snark Squad Pod #017 – Avatar: The Last Airbender with Ceri Riley

Previously: We talk a whole bunch about a little bad good guys and a little good bad guys.

Marines: I’ll start by saying that I flippin’ love Avatar: The Last Airbender and it was one of the first things I told Nicole we were definitely going to watch for the podcast. My memories of how and when I can to Avatar are fuzzy, but it was great to revisit it for the podcast and to have friends to talk about it with, especially because it’s essentially a giant cast of characters I really love.

Joining us once again today is  Ceri Riley, writer and editor for SciShow and Crash Course Film, editorial assistant for Monstress, and always a delight to have on the show.

I’ve probably already spoiled that we loved the crap out of this animated series, but to find out all the reasons why, press play!

We’d love to chat with you about this episode! You can leave a comment below, find us over on our Twitter, or you can come talk to us about this episode on the Discord, which you can join by signing up for the newsletter in the bar below this post. As always, thank you to Stefan Chin for our delightful theme music.

For those of you watching and reading along, here is our planned upcoming media in the order they’ll be released: The Last Airbender, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Thor, Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok, The Last Jedi, A Clash of Kings and Brooklyn 99.

I'm a 30-something south Floridan who loves the beach but cannot swim. Such is my life, full of small contradictions and little trivialities. My main life goals are never to take life too seriously, but to do everything I attempt seriously well. After that, my life goals devolve into things like not wearing pants and eating all of the Zebra Cakes in the world. THE WORLD.
