Sweeney: Even though we have recapped nearly every single episode of Game of Thrones already and will get to the rest eventually, this final season also felt worthy of discussion on the podcast. In the break between seasons 7 & 8 we made a whole podcast AND OVER 70 EPISODES OF THAT PODCAST. We read all 5 published A Song of Ice & Fire novels, plus the prequel novellas. We had to give this thing a proper sendoff, especially when we had so many feelings about it.
Plus, I gave up on the recaps after season 5, so I had to give my final Snark Squad thoughts on this season somewhere.
