The More You Know Fall 2019 – Here we go again.

Marines: BookNet Fest 2019 happened two weekends ago, which means this past weekend was pretty much the first time I’ve, like, taken a breath in a very long time. Who knew planning a whole event in between my full time job and my penchant for hobbies would be tough lol. (I knew. This was our 3rd year of BookNet Fest, and though planning is getting easier, I still don’t have any more hours in the day. Alas.)

I had a blast though and look at this cute picture of your Snark Captains.

One of the first things I saw on Twitter when I was catching up on notifications was a question about whether or not we would do a Fall TV poll for 2019. My initial reaction was no, for a few reasons: we haven’t been recapping much of anything these days; when we do start picking up again, there are a ton of things we could, you know, finish; and we did not do very well in 2018 with the Charmed Reboot.

Then I started thinking about how it’s tradition! And it’s so fun! And recapping a current show is much easier than recapping one with a backlog! Clearly, you already know what side of the argument I landed on. For better or worse, here we go again.

Below is a list of some of the shows premiering this fall, with a few notable exceptions. 1- we don’t recap sitcoms because they suck to recap; 2- I don’t do horror. In fact, there is one show on this list which is probably going to scare me because I’m a chicken; 3- I left off any shows that are going to be released by season instead of by episode (so Prime, Hulu and Netflix shows).

Check out the trailers and then wield your power wisely! This is your chance to vote on a new show for us to give a recapping chance.

This poll is no longer accepting votes

What fall 2019 show should we add to the Traumaland roster?

Can’t wait to see what you pick, though I have my suspicions…

I'm a 30-something south Floridan who loves the beach but cannot swim. Such is my life, full of small contradictions and little trivialities. My main life goals are never to take life too seriously, but to do everything I attempt seriously well. After that, my life goals devolve into things like not wearing pants and eating all of the Zebra Cakes in the world. THE WORLD.
