Segue Magic: Internet Origin Stories (Lorraine)

Every technical difficulty ever went into the making of this video. Eventually, I will stop feeling the need to apologize before every vlog (this one is choppy in place, due to those difficulties) but I think these are the growing pains as we iron out the whole vlogging thing. That's what I like to tell myself so I don't throw my laptop across the room in a Hulk rage.
As I mention in the vlog, Sweeney and I are flip flopping days next week, as she's been traveling these last few days. That also explains why our thumbnails on the main page are all wonky. She will fix those when she gets back. (COME BACK SOON, SWEEN.)

Segue Magic: Kids Books That Don’t Suck (Lorraine)

Firstly, Segue Magic it is! I think that calls for a dance party!
Secondly, I realized I talk very little about why I love the Chronicles of Narnia series, though I do have about 20 minutes of cut material about how much Lucy Penvensie rocks, the importance of reading in the publishing order, and how much the secondary characters add to the series. So, you know, I have reasons, I promise!

100th POST PARTY: Bad Decisions & False Choices [VLOG]

Sweeney: That is a screen cap of our WordPress dashboard before we hit publish on this post, making this the big one hundred. Obviously, it's time to break out the streamers, chocolate, and wine. Especially the wine. (Lor: Especially the chocolate wine!) (Good call) In celebration of this momentous occasion, it was necessary for us to do a "classic" Childhood Trauma post. However, rather than just reading and recapping any old Goosebumps book, we each read a "Reader Beware: Choose Your Own Scare" book, and vlogged our experience Lorraine: Even though I was involved in the brainstorming for this, reading back that explanation of why we decided to do this made me LOL. We seriously thought, "a Goosebumps book isn't BAD enough. We need something WORSE!"

Trauma Never Looked So Good

Sara: Welcome to Childhood Trauma! If you knew that was a Buffy reference the moment you saw it, join the club! Grab a chair, prop your feet up, and get comfortable...
